We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver with Spy Police Training

Location: Lagos

Job Description
Driving:

  • Drive vehicle for official meetings, travels and business, or as required by your supervisors
  • Maintain high service standard to both internal and external clients.
  • Ensure punctuality and ensure safe transport
  • Observing the road and traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that safe driving practices are adhered to including local driving codes and internally agreed standards.
  • Alcohol must not be consumed or present whilst on duty

Car Security & Maintenance:

  • Ensure vehicle is kept clean, tidy and in good working condition at all times
  • Ensure vehicle is kept secure at all times
  • Ensure vehicle is given regular/day-to-day maintenance checks: check oil, water, battery, brakes, tyres, etc.
  • Ensure vehicle repairs are carried out properly by official manufacturer’s specifications
  • Perform minor repairs and arrange for other repairs, prepare vehicle spare parts inventory
  • Prepare and submit vehicle monitoring report, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage, attend of each month
  • Assist the Admin Officer to ensure vehicle insurance and registration is updated according to schedule

Car Logbook maintenance:

  • Log official trips, daily mileage, gas consumption, oil changes, etc;

Administrative works:

  • Guarantee that the company’s vehicles and assets are protected and secured
  • Answer clients’ inquiries as brilliantly as could be allowed
  • Ensure timely conveyance of staff to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager
  • Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
  • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
  • Recognize electrical and mechanical faults and report to the employer or technician
  • Report any instance of mishap or accident to the dispatcher or supervisor
  • Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the car(s) at quarter gauge.
  • Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager
  • Keep all records and submit all receipts for vehicle maintenance
  • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
  • Pay tolls and other fundamental vehicle demands and submit tickets to finance
  • Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.
  • Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to deliver packages to customers on time
  • Must collect money for Tolls and other gate passes from the Accountant when going for client pick-up’s or drop-off’s
  • Interact with clients in a professional manner

Others:

  • Contribute in projecting a positive image of the Company with other members of the McDon Security team.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

 

Job Title: Security Training Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Security Training Manager to join our team! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our Security Officers.
  • You will be planning and implementing security training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our training academy.

Duties

  • Identify training needs, plan and deliver same
  • Plan and implement training programs for identified sector and teams
  • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
  • Prepare and present reports on training program per KPA & KPI
  • And any other as may be assigned

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of first degree or its equivalent
  • Professional Security Certification (ASIS Int’l) would be an added advantage
  • 5 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
  • 5 years of experience with designing security training programs and workshops
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
  • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
  • Excellent decision making and organisational skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Outstanding managerial skills
  • Great team leader
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software

 

Job Title: Training Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Security Training Manager to join our team! Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our security operatives
  • You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our security operatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing standardized training programs that security guards must take to be qualified for their job
  • Identify training needs according to needs
  • Plan and implement training programs that will prepare security officers for the next step of their career paths
  • Recruit security officers
  • Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new cadets
  • Make other trainers’ schedules
  • Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
  • Prepare and deliver training courses
  • Implement training KPIs
  • Prepare and present reports on training program KIPs

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
  • 7 years of experience with designing security training programs and workshops
  • Ability to lead a full training cycle
  • Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
  • Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
  • Excellent decision making and organisational skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Outstanding managerial skills
