Location: Abuja
Key Responsibilities
Overseeing all legal affairs across the various companies:
- Agro & Telecomm, Oil & Gas, Mortgage Bank, Capital Project & Equipment Management, Aluminum roofing sheets, Microfinance Bank, Haulage and Transportation and Real Estate Construction and evaluating them according to established goals.
Legal Advisory/Contractual Agreements/Litigation Related Matters:
- Prepare and review of simple letters and contracts on behalf of the Company;
- Liaise with company lawyers in the drafting of contracts, review of contracts and preparation of court case files
Regulatory & Compliance Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company fills out and submits all its legal paperwork
