Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Experience in training sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills on Microsoft Office
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent marketing skills.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close sales leads for IT training courses
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns for IT training
- Follow up on open pipeline and report status to management
- Achieve target on monthly basis
- Work with colleagues to support company strategy
- Develop new solutions and offerings for market
- Coordinate training delivery with operational team
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Work with accounts submit invoices and ensure customer timely payment
- Attend events and marketing opportunities to promote brand
- Deliver social media activities
- Function as first point of contact for training customers
