Our company CGC Nigeria Limited is a reputable Engineering Management and construction company at the forefront of construction of roads, bridges and other civil infrastructures in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource and Admin Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a young HR and Administrative Officer to perform a variety of HR and Administrative tasks.
  • The successful candidate will support the HR department in duties like recruitment, training, performance evaluation, rewarding and enforcing desciplinary actions appropriately.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • HND, B.Sc or M.Sc in HR or any HR related degree
  • Membership of the CIPM or any other professional HR related qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 6 Months post NYSC Human Resource Management experience.

 

Key requirements

  • Hard working, dedicated and friendly.
  • 65% knowledge on carrying out recruitment processes, designing and managing training activities, carrying out performance evaluations, rewarding and enforcing desciplinary actions.
  • Good organisational and coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy and experience with MS Office application.
  • Knowledge of labour act, and other related laws and regulations..
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have completed NYSC.

Salary
Salary range is within: N50, 000 – N70,000 monthly, but the experience is priceless.
