Job Description
- We are looking for suitable candidate who is a master when it comes to multitasking and is an excellent communicator with an upbeat attitude as an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements
- First Degree in related field.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Desire to be proactive and always creating a positive experience for others.
Responsibilities
- Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings as well as reordering supplies.
- Providing scheduling support real time by booking appointments while also preventing conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking cars, flight and making hotel as well as restaurant reservations.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations and conduct research.
- Greet and assist guests and visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication through telephone, e-mail and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
