Role Description

  • The sales Rep. would be responsible for driving real estate products, goods and services to customers. Finding out what the customers want and ensure a smooth sales process, find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.

Job Description

  • Supports the sales team to grow sales through a focus on excellent customer service and relationship management
  • Act as a real estate consultant to walk-in customers in assigned outlet.
  • Provide friendly, efficient service to all walk-in customers.
  • Offer information about merchandise selection to help customers choose wisely.
  • Actively listen to customers and then provide them with solutions that are exactly what they need.
  • Excite customers about how new real estate products can enhance their lives.
  • Assist customer by suggesting additional merchandise that compliments their selections.
  • Assist in pricing merchandise, markdowns, restocking and other retail related duties.
  • Be able to effectively handle customer service issues.
  • Assist and maintain visual merchandising and selling floor standards.
  • Know and use promotional event information to maximize sales.
  • Any Other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Suitable and qualified candidate should have the minimum of Bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
  • Relevant certification in sales is an advantage
  • Should have 2-7 years of experience in sales

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Role Description

  • The Graphic designers would be responsible for combining the art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of designs, websites and printed pages using variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Meet to determine the scope of a project
  • Advise on graphics strategies to reach a particular audience
  • Determine the message the design should portray
  • Create images that identify a product or convey a message
  • Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
  • Select colors, images, text style, and layout
  • Present the completed design
  • Incorporate changes recommended into the final design
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Job Title: Accountant

Jobs Summary/Responsibilities

  • Gathering and monitoring financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
  • Forecasting costs and revenues
  • Manage tax payments
  • Organize internal audits
  • Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
  • Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
  • Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
  • Analyze financial trends
  • Perform month-end and year-end close processes.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
  • BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • Must be a Chartered Accountant

Skills/Competence:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
  • In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
  • Solid knowledge of accounting regulations
  • Excellent math skills with an attention to detail.
