Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate must understand the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate executive needs, providing the highest level of initiative and support. applies strategic thinking to support executives. understands the agency’s business and the executive’s roles.
- Effectively represents executives in communication with stakeholders, partners and others.
- independently acts as a liaison among team members, clients and media by modelling the highest level of customer service.
- Creates and formats documents electronically, including letters, memos, itineraries, status reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other related documents. Maintains he highest level of confidentiality in handling files, e-mails, and other sensitive information for the executives and in all aspects of role.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Process sale orders that reach the company by phone and e-mail.

Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Design and create enticing motion graphics of varying size and complexity for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.) and other creative projects.
- Development of impactful and engaging videos which are contextually relevant, pedagogically engaging and effective
- Monitoring trends, exploring emerging technology and making recommendations to continually evolve the quality of the videos created
- Editing of mind-blowing motion graphics, animation, and montage video editing with effective Sound Mixing and Colour Correction/separation for all platforms online and offline and compatible with iPad, iPhone, Android tablet and other devices
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 4 years of proven work experience in graphic design and animation

Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the upkeep and availability of all equipment & Coordinate maintenance services by third-parties
- Facilities management expense reconciliation and reporting including diesel billing & maintenance chargeback
- Enforce all policies with respect to use of the Facilities
- Plan and coordinate all installations and refurbishments by engaging all relevant stakeholders and developing standard Bill of Quantity for review, approval and execution
- Prepare weekly maintenance reports including Compliance with Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM Schedules, Status of Requests Received and Maintenance Backlogs from all firm locations for review
- Conduct daily checks and routine inspections to identify incipient failures, Poor Housekeeping, Near Misses, Hazards and correct them to avoid any incident or major interruption of organizations activities
- responsible for the excellent maintenance, management and periodical servicing of the facilities of the organization.
- In charge of the excellent use of some resources e.g. diesel, venues etc.
- Develops new ideas and innovation that seek to improve the properties of the organization.
- Responsible for the management of other facility staff.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant experience with at least 3 years in a Facility Management Company or Utilities in a Manufacturing Company.
