Job Description
- We wish to employ an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador who will be bold enough to represent us and be the voice and face of our brand.
Requirements
- First Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in a customer service and branding environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
- Experience in using social media tools and platforms.
- Adaptable and have ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to travel.
Responsibilities
- Quickly familiarize with our organization’s vision, mission and goals.
- Working closely with sales and marketing staff to conceptualize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Educating distributors, retailers and customers about our products and services.
- Creating website and social media contents so as to drive brand awareness as well as attract new customers.
- Building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitoring customers’ feedback and should be able to escalate complaints to the marketing department.
- Tracking customer preferences, media campaigns and metrics.
- Representing the organization at product launches, trade shows as well as events.
- Sharing the experience and participating in training and workshops.
- Maintaining a positive image of the company and our brand at all times.
