Accounts Manager Job in a Technology Driven Company

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Locations: Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt-Rivers

Responsibilities

  • Manage existing ISP or Wholesale clients by building strong relationships through world class customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales process and operations. Manage all stages of the sales cycle including post-sales processes to ensure customers requirements are met
  • Provide continuous competitive market feedback to management
  • Develop and maintain ownership of assigned accounts and ensure they are always in good health
  • Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted.
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses as required to close sales
  • Work with Sales Support Engineers to resolve all escalated client technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred.
  • Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be added advantage.

Experience/Skills:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in enterprise sales and business development in Telecom/IT sector.
  • Experience In the sales location applied for is required. (Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt)
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
