Job Title: Accounts Manager

Locations: Abuja, Lagos & Port Harcourt-Rivers
Responsibilities
- Manage existing ISP or Wholesale clients by building strong relationships through world class customer service.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales process and operations. Manage all stages of the sales cycle including post-sales processes to ensure customers requirements are met
- Provide continuous competitive market feedback to management
- Develop and maintain ownership of assigned accounts and ensure they are always in good health
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses as required to close sales
- Work with Sales Support Engineers to resolve all escalated client technical issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing or Business related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant post graduate or professional qualification will be added advantage.
Experience/Skills:
- 5-10 years’ experience in enterprise sales and business development in Telecom/IT sector.
- Experience In the sales location applied for is required. (Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt)
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
