Job Title: Experienced Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years post NYSC experience in Sales operations.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- A creative and open-minded individual, with strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A committed, determined individual who works hard through practice, devotion, and having a plan Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
- Adept problem solver and decision maker
- Detail-oriented
- Must reside in Lekki or its environs (strictly please)
Remuneration
Base pay: 50,000/Month, however commission is earned on sales
Job Title: Project Architect
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Typical Work Activities
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist Computer-aided design (CAD) applications
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
- Playing a part in project and team management
- Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
Key Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- High levels of creativity and imagination
- A keen interest in the built environment and the dedication to see projects through to their conclusion
- Willingness to work long hours
- Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD)
- Excellent Rendering and 3D graphic skills and proficiency with any of the following rendering softwares ( Blender, Maxwell, Octane render ,Cinema 4D, Lumion 3D, Viz Render , VRAY, Corona) (Proficiency in one or more places the candidate in great standing)
- A keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to see the bigger picture of a project
- Organizational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- An analytical mind with excellent problem-solving and mathematical ability
- Team player
- An awareness of the specific environmental and social impact of your projects

Remuneration
NGN60,000-80,000/Month
Job Title: Experienced Admin Operations Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
- Report to and assist Chief Executive Officer in daily tasks and duties
- Ensure company policies align with business objectives
- Strategically map-out, plan, and manage projects in close liaison with CEO
- Analyze and maintain operational data
- Develop improved business functionality that increases profits
- Communicate with management teams to confirm execution of company processes
- Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise their daily work
- Set goals for staff and monitor their progress
- Conduct frequent performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with best business practices throughout organization
- Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
- Contribute to innovation of new products
- Track and maintain budgets of operational costs
- Coordinate purchase of raw materials and supplies
- Monitor product inventory
- Maintain positive client and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement human resources practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years’ experience in operations preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Acute understanding of resource allocation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and other operational software
- Experience developing and modeling human resources
- Adept problem solver and decision maker
- Excellent communicator both orally and written
- Detail-oriented
- Diligent and proactive
- Respectful of deadlines.
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000/month.
