The services include: National Exam Registrations (WAEC & NECO SSCEs (School-base & Private), JAMB UTME, Post-Utme, NECO’s BECE (JSS 3) & National Common Entrance (Pry 5 or 6) etc.); Foreign Exam Registrations (ielts, TOEFL, SAT etc.); Sales, Supply & Production of Education Materials; and School Portal Management.

Job Title: Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Marketing Officer’s role is to enlist primary and secondary schools in our offerings/services as corporate clients
Job Functions
- To enlist primary schools in the following entrance exams: Airforce Secondary School, Navy Secondary School, Command Secondary School, & National Common Entrance
- To enlist primary schools in Lagos State online Continuous Assessment (CASS) registration
- To enlist junior secondary schools for both Lagos State and National Basic Education Certificate Examinations registration
- To enlist senior secondary schools for WAEC CASS, WASSCE and NECO SSCE registration
- To enlist senior secondary schools for our UTME registration programme
- To enlist both primary and secondary schools to our school portal management scheme
- To generate new businesses
Qualification/Experience
- Anyone with marketing experience, especially to schools, can apply
- OND or HND in marketing
- Those who would be going for 1 year industrial attachment, who read marketing or have flair for it, can equally apply
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Good writing skill, and more importantly, ability to write sales letter
- Good presentation skill

Job Title: Social Media Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Social Media Officer’s (SMO) role is to use bulksms, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter & Consult’s website to push our offerings to our clients for patronage.
Job Functions
- To regularly update and input/save the phone contacts of our clients on phone
- To update the email contacts of clients
- To send bulksms , emails and WhatsApp messages to our clients in respect of our services
- To maintain our social media presence on Facebook and Twitter
- To ensure all our clients follow us on the social media platforms
- Attend to all official calls on the office lines; and respond to all enquiries or requests via the WhatsApp or any of the SM platform
- Regularly post, at least 20-100 messages per week, to clients on WhatsApp and the SM platform
- Come up with creative or re-create content , at least 5 per week, for the Consult’s blog on its website
- Respond to all chat messages from the Consult’s website
- On the SM platform, follow education-related establishments
- Keep seeking ways to enrich the education media space of the firm for patronage and sales
- Beyond his core duties, SMO is expected to constantly assist the RO to attend to office clients when the need arise
Qualification/Experience
- SSCE, OND, HND or B.SC holder with relevant skills
- The ideal candidate must have social media accounts and active on them
- Those who would be going for 1 year industrial attachment, with relevant experience, can equally apply
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Average/Good knowledge of CorelDraw & Photoshop, at least to edit pictures, would be an added advantage

Job Title: Registration Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Functions
- Attend to persons who visit the office to make enquiries
- To regularly update the database of customers: phone contacts and other vital information
- Visits schools to register / thumbprint for students during WAEC, NECO and UTME exams
- Willingness to work late, weekends and public holidays if need be during these registrations in order to meet registration deadlines set by the examination bodies
- Monitor all national exams (UTME, WASSCE: School and Private candidates; NECO SSCE [school and private], BECE [JSS 3] and Common Entrance) registration period and ensure necessary software are installed on the Consult’s systems
- Monitor other education-related registrations like NYSC Mobilization and coordinate all activities relating to them
- Keep abreast of all post-utme screenings in tertiary institutions and broadcast them to clients
- Give out the company’s flier to every customer who visits the office and devise strategies for sales and increase client base
- Write a weekly report about his / her activities and submit to the SRO by Thursday
Qualification / Experience
- An SSCE holder with a good knowledge of computer and who has worked in a business centre or as a secretary in an organization
- NCE holder in Business Education with a versed typewriting / shorthand background
- OND or HND holder in Office Technology or Secretarial Studies
- Those who would be going for 1 year industrial attachment, who read office technology or meet above requirements, can equally apply.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Average / Good knowledge of CorelDraw & Photoshop, at least to edit pictures, would be an added advantage
- Good use of smartphone and Internet
- Ability to operate POS machine
- Knowledge of online payment via Remita, e-tranzact etc
- Knowledge of WAEC and NECO software for junior and senior secondary school exams
- Diligence and ability to register candidates for the WAEC, NECO, Jamb and foreign exams void of mistakes with names, email, DOB, subjects etc
- Knowledge of WAEC syllabus and JAMB brochure
- And good communication skill in English.
