Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Execution of tasks in accordance with office procedures.
  • Procurement of office supplies and disbursement to various work units.
  • Minute taking during meetings and the subsequent transcription and recording of it.
  • Preparation of meeting agenda.
  • Dissemination of information to his/her co-workers.
  • Database maintenance including mailing, inventory, etc.
  • Appropriate filing, sorting, and compilation of the company’s records.
  • Handling correspondences of within and outside the organization.
  • Oversee the execution of banking transactions.
  • Organization of travel arrangements for members of staff and all other logistical needs.
  • Receiving, review, and forwarding of correspondence.
  • Oversee the scheduling of meetings for his/her superiors

Person Specification

 

  • Must be Computer literate and have experience with MS Office applications eg. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
