Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- To manage the branch effectively and a proper follow up on both new and existing customers of the bank.
- To monitor marketing staff performance and to facilitate prompt repayment of due loans.
- To also minimize running costs.
- And any other job as assigned from time to time.
- To expand the branch customer base.
- To generate/drive revenue in terms of loans and deposit.
- To instill discipline and punctuality among the staff.
Job Requirements
- Experience: minimum of 5 years experience in micro-finance bank.
- Qualification: ND, HND and B.Sc.
