Job Title: Dispatch Rider
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Dispatch Rider is responsible delivering our products to the customer
- He/She is expected to exhibit excellent customer service and be the face of the Juice Bar while at it
- The dispatch will carry out other functions as assigned by the manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for delivering packages to the customers
- Ensures the delivery is well secured to avoid spillage.
- Get feedback from customers on areas of improvement.
- Maintain and service the bike when needed.
- Meet daily delivery goals.
- Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.
- Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.
- Load, count items and verify its contents at destination.
- Collect payments for items delivered
- Provide invoices for items delivered.
- Ensure all scheduled deliveries are made on time.
- Ensure proper use of company item.
- Report to management on daily basis about your activities
- Maintain accurate records

- The Restaurant Manager is accountable for the day to day operations of Dreamfield Juice Bar including staffing, staff training, cost controls, budgeting, and administration while being actively involved in the preparation and execution of food & beverage items for customer
- The successful candidate will have a proven ability to lead and inspire a team to fulfil the vision of this high quality operation.
Responsibilities
- Execute the high service standards and exceed customer expectations daily by holding all employees accountable to adhering to company service, quality and cleanliness specifications and food handling

- Set up food stations and dining areas, and keeping service areas stocked with linens, tableware, coffee, and food.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers; selling coffee and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies; preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies.
