Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.

Job Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Job Title: Operations Assistant (NYSC)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing client’s expectations.
  • Guide management on technology directions.
  • Provide timely and detailed status updates.

Job Requirements

  • Team Player with impeccable interpersonal skills, to build relationships and influence.
  • Ability to easily assimilate and understands several technology areas.
  • Proven ability to work with people of varied backgrounds to achieve objectives.
  • B.Sc/BA in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or any related field
  • Minimum of 6 months experience is a plus.

 

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Responsible for executing daily Preventive Maintenance and Inspection tasks.
  • Responsible for executing assigned corrective work orders related to the priority of the business.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment in compliance with standard work, and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Contributing to improved designs and manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain records of Preventive and corrective maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • Team working skills
  • HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
