Job Title: Client Account Associate
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Keeping track of issuing client proposals, quotes and invoices;
- Collecting payment from clients;
- Use of Company’s accounting software, systems and procedures;
- Recruitment and training of junior staff;
- Keeping up to date accounting records;
- Liaising with and providing information to external auditors;
- Assist in the preparation of the Company’s quarterly and yearly management accounts;
- Meetings with Company Management to present weekly report on accounts and financial transactions;
- Conduct him/herself in a dignified and respectful manner that reflects well on the Company and its clients, as well as setting an example for the other employees;
- Ensure all non-conformance are reported immediately to minimize the company’s risk.
- Generate reports and correspondence utilizing various business software if required.
- Gather and record statistical information for reporting purposes.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Computer literacy skills
- Accounting and Financial skills
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge of the ERP (NAV) system,
- SharePoint and other related software.
- Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to produce a range of reports and statistical information;
- Clients interface
- Understanding of Information management security, document management and document use/ compliance in all areas of work and departments.
- Ability to work with complex calculations.
- Self-confidence and Interpersonal skills
- Decision Making skills
- Ability to work under-pressure and Prioritize
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages E.g. Excel, Word and Power Point etc.
- Self-Motivated and willing to learn new processes;
- The resilience to deal with periods of work pressure and diplomacy to deal with difficult employees, customers, contractors and others in the course of their duties;
- Reliable, with the ability to maintain high levels of service;
- Motivated with the ability to effectively work on own initiative;
- Physical fitness and mental agility to successful function for an extended period if required.
Qualification and Experience
- University Degree in Accounting
- Accounting certification(s) – ICAN, ACCA or any related certification
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Accounting or any Related Field.
Proposed Salary
N220,000 – N250,000 per month.
Job Title: Store Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all stock items.
- Ensure goods received correspond with invoices.
- Perform in conjunction with supervisor’s physical weekly inventory of all food and consumables.
- Prepare weekly stock report detailing consumption and costs.
- Physical checks of all goods supplied to avoid substandard goods.
- Liaise with finance department over any irregularities.
- Ensure all records are archived and retained as instructed by line manager.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Education and Qualifications
- HND, B.Sc Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Science Technology, Health Sciences, Stock control or a related field.
- Proficient in various computer applications
- Certification in HACCP/HSE Certification.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a similar role or must have worked as a Hygiene Officer in a food-related industry,
- competent in stock control of varying line items.
- Experience with stock control programs.
Salary
N150,000/month gross.
