Job Title: Head of IT

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The head of IT will be in charge of a team of IT managers and manage the company’s technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies.

Responsibities

  • Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals
  • Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
  • Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software
  • Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management
  • Coordinate IT managers and supervise computer scientists, technicians and other professionals to provide guidance
  • Control budget and report on expenditure
  • Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years Proven experience as IT Manager, Team Lead or similar role
  • Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications
  • Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), programming,networks etc.
  • Experience in controlling information technology budget
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • B.Sc./BA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus

 

Job Title: Demand / Production Planner

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Demand / Production Planner will ensure goods are produced on time for distribution in a profitable manner and organize production according to demand and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
  • Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
  • Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
  • Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
  • Schedule shift according to production needs
  • Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
  • Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
  • Prepare and submit status and performance reports
  • Keep paperwork organized
  • Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years Proven experience as production planner
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
  • Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good at math and statistics
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication abilities.

 

Job Title: Head of Sales and Marketing

Location: Lagos

Job Summary
The Head of sales and marketing position is responsible for planning and implementing sales and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties:

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Responsible for identifying, sourcing and follow-up of leads and potential clients
  • Develops and manages sales and marketing operating budgets.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with strategic partners.
  • Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
  • Meets with key affiliates, assisting and coordinate activities of Field Marketing Officers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinates liaison with other units within the organisation.

Requirements

  • A B.Sc or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing / Marketing Research, Statistics, Pure Sciences or Social Sciences
  • Must have a minimum of 12 years related experience in sales and marketing, with at least five (5) years in a similar position.
  • Master’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration. (Added Advantage)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing
  • Ability to develop Sales and Marketing plans build the Capacity of team members
