Job Title: Analyst, CVM Operations

Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing the Campaign Management Plans
- Assist in the configuration, implementation and launch of various “Below The Line” offers/campaigns that are required/developed by the CVM team
- Leverage the outbound and inbound channels for campaign execution aimed at reducing churn and increasing customers’ spend
- Develop and execute micro-segmented marketing campaigns to generate incremental revenue and reduce dormancy on the network
- Configure & implement CVM & BTL campaigns
- Monitor and track campaign performance over campaign lifecycle
- Manage the execution of Campaign Management calendar
- Utilize both inbound and outbound campaign management platforms for the purpose of campaign execution, deployment and evaluation
- Perform test & UATs for the new BTL offers
- Responsible for developing and executing Below the Line campaigns with the aim of generating incremental revenue and reducing churn on the network
- Manage the implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread campaign scripts to ensure the best and effective marketing communication is achieved to drive campaign uptake and improved campaign success rate
- Analyze outbound and inbound campaign results and propose recommendations to the business based on campaign performance
- Execution of contact policy
- Take ownership of the Go to market process, ensuring all processes and customer journeys are designed and followed
- Design monthly campaign calendar and campaign plan for execution ensuring timelines are met and targeting is in line with strategy
- Manages the Campaign Management systems and channels
- Perform Customer Lifecycle Management activities that translate into elongated customer life cycle based on CVM requirements
- Demonstrate broad understanding of campaign management systems & channels for better performance of MTNN BTL activities
- Interface with segment managers to understand their campaign needs and reflection on the campaigns’ plan
- Liaise with vendors responsible for managing systems/tools/capabilities within CVM for campaign management
- Contribute and participate in campaign idea generation meetings

Requirements, Experience & Training
Education:

Experience:
- 3 – 7 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; with experience working with others in a medium sized organization (Campaign Management, Customer Service, BTL Communications … etc.)
- Experience in Database in telecommunications industry
- Experience in developing test design, significance testing, establishing error ranges, and key success metrics.
- Expertise in experimental test design
- Experience with major campaign management platform(s) within telecoms industry
- Demonstrable reporting & analytical skills
- Good understanding of customer data analysis.

- Responsible for implementation of the enterprise wide BI strategy, Decision support , Network roll out and Geo marketing insights.
- Drive the implementation of the SMART Network Coverage plan to optimize revenue, market share and return on capex investment.
- Lead the review of Business Processes (BI headcount, Data governance), to drive efficiency gains to ensure at least 5% reduction in Divisional budget year-on-year.
- Participate in Contract negotiations to reduce cost and drive MTNN Value Creation Philosophy
- Ensure effective implementation of sub-divisional strategy by means of providing direction, structure, business plans and support
- Drive planned strategy for the successful delivery of MTN Group and MTNN transformation initiatives focusing on Customer centricity, including Perfect 10 Project.
- Lead creation of sub-divisional strategy in line with overarching divisional goals with emphasis on client experience (internal and external)
- Serve MTNN’s customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
- Partner effectively with MTNN’s critical high value customers to enhance MTN’s Corporate Brand

- Ensure team’s collaborate with Quality Assurance and Internal Audit teams to perform periodic quality and process audits
- Collaborate with other functional heads to enhance key elements of the consumer business model
- Collaborate with Group Management Services/Group Technology and OPCO leaders to add and / or modify suite of services/support provided and develop standard templates and reports
- Partner with MTNN’s Ecosystem Partners to deliver business value.
- Drive the implementation of the BI data quality and governance processes to improve reporting quality and decision making across the enterprise
- Define and manage business rules for key business metrics (subscribers, revenue etc and implement automated dashboard (Daily, weekly monthly) to track performance at executive and operational level.
- Identify and gather BI requirements from the business units and work with IT to ensure timeline delivery in line with quality standard.
- Provide detailed granular insights (network, customer behavior, channel, competition etc) on regional and territory performance identifying growth opportunities, root causes, risks and tactical initiative to improve performance.
- Coordinate the National and regional engine room activities including insight generation and performance management
- Identify coverage risks and opportunities (ie in terms of churn and acquisition potential) and define strategic targets for Network Coverage optimization around costs, coverage quality needs, market opportunities and customer.
- Work closely with the network group, sale and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of the annual coverage plan
- Develop and coordinate the implementation of tactical intervention plan to improve network site/cluster utilization, profitability and revenue generation.
- Direct the post implementation evaluation of regional initiatives, programs and market activations.
- Develop and deploy predictive analytics model and big data capabilities to drive actionable insights and actions.
- Provide strategic guidance with respect to implementation of new BI systems, tools, applications and architecture.

Job Title: Analyst, Revenue Reports
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To ensure accurate and prompt reporting of Revenue and Cost of Sales.
- Generate all relevant analyses and related month-end info required for management reporting
- To ensure correct reporting of revenue by EDW and other data source systems.
- To analyze revenue report and follows the revenue trends.
- Carry out process analysis, requirement gathering and reviewing/developing test scripts for UAT purposes to ensure data integrity for reporting Revenue streams.
- Review Billing reports of the prior month to ensure which data to reprocess and escalate unsolved cases to RA.
- To review and analyze Non-Financial info (to be able to prepare reports needed) for support and checking financial information.
- Run and analyze different queries for Revenue analysis.
- To ensure integrity of data being used for revenue reporting.
- Taking ownership of revenue cycle related modules on ERP.
- Provide reports from Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and other source system to support revenue accountant activities.
- To conduct monthly data reconciliation between different data source system and follow the material difference until it’s solved if exist.
- Confront network toll ticket files and traffic anomalies and escalate to network group and information systems for prompt resolution where necessary.
- Ensure efficient optimization of databases/systems and prompt resolution of all reconciling items.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators in order to meet all month end reporting deadlines.
- Review changes to system configuration including GL set-up data and basic accounting information, in order to guarantee data integrity for Revenue reporting.
- Oversee daily operations of the department as well as safeguard company assets and maintain customer/vendor relationships.
- Identify training requirements of team members, develop program to address knowledge gaps and to enrich knowledge repository within the department.
