Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all technical documents for assigned projects regarding quality, revision status, timely receipt and distribution.
- Utilization of database on document control system allowing for tracking of documents, checking of approval loops, revision identification
- Support the Contracts Team to receive, check and validate the drawings, input the drawings & Quality documents Into the Database System, verify the metadata of each file and ensure timely distribution of the documents.
- Ensure that circulation durations for distribution list and cycle are tracked and any deviations (delays) are reported, as these may impact the project delivery schedule.
- Manage requests for documentation, input information into the system, create transmittals to recipients, track documentation, and ensure nothing is delayed that would affect the timing of the project.
- File documents in physical and digital records and ensures appropriate storage.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (Minimum second class)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Document Control function in Oil & Gasl Project settings
- Previous experience with Document Control Software (DMS) is required.
- Strong IT skills in MS Office Including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat
Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Abuja
Job Responsibilities
- Direct development of project scope, cost, schedule, design, drawings, and field support for multiple concurrent projects
- Direct resource planning, cost estimating, and scheduling functions in coordination with Program Management, Resource Management, Engineering, and Technical Specialists
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and control surveying projects in accordance with established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company.
- Supervise project personnel directly
- Direct project staff, including recommendations relating to employee selection, training, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate the activities of multi-discipline project teams to meet client’s safety, cost, quality, schedule, technical, and operability objectives and Integrate safety into all aspects of design and execution
- Handle technical evaluations & recommendations, drawings and reviews.
- Ability to participate in solving difficult technical issues requiring a broad knowledge related to technical/functional responsibilities.
Qualification / Experience / Skills
- B.Sc in Engineering with a minimum 15 years of Project Management experience serving Industrial Clients in the Oil & Gas
- 15 years of experience managing a broad base of project activities including design, procurement, project scheduling, controlling budgets, knowledge of fabrication, operations & maintenance and commissioning
- PMP Certification critical; Proficiency with computerized project management and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of engineering and asset integrity management or O & M in Oil and gas industry
- Proven record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects, achieving all project safety, cost, quality, schedule, technical, and operability objectives
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong IT skills in MS office including Projects, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
Job Title: Process Safety Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Define concepts and critical deliverables, lead, plan, manage, control, review and deliver engineering deliverables of Process Safety for the assigned project efficiently according to the specified technical requirements, timelines and budget, and to manage project resources and independently deal with and resolve all issues of the project, and provide guidance to the assigned team
- Technical authoring of Company Technical Safety (i.e., Process Safety, Asset Integrity) documentation;
- To ensure the timely identification of HSE hazards, evaluation of risks for all activities and development of effective tools to manage and reduce these risks to ALARP
- To participate in HEMP studies/reviews i.e., HAZOP, HAZID HAZEER, ENVID, SIL, QRA and participate in PFD and P&ID reviews for complex systems;
- To ensure that HSE requirements are being considered during management of change processes and are implemented for all phases of the project and operations;
- To provide input to leading and lagging process safety performance measures;
- To support the development & implementation of a Process Safety Learning & Development program through updating the lessons learned register & preparation of safety moments;
- To keep updated about industry best practices pertaining to Process Safety & Asset Integrity;
- Participating in Technical Safety Audits & HSECES Integrity Assurance Activities;

- Strong background in QRA, HAZID, HAZOP, HSECES and Bow-Tie Development preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the requirements of the company and organize IT resources of the company accordingly
- Evaluating the needs of the company and choosing the most suitable software, hardware and other IT requirements such as networking
- Provide troubleshooting solutions
- Ensure that all IT requirements of the company are fulfilled
- Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software
- Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server and installing virus protections and firewalls, administer network and data security, Including directory, group policy, firewalls, antivirus, email security etc.
- Organizing data, storing them securely and creating backups
