Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be in charge of  overseeing purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality.
  • Other responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options, approving purchases, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and enforcing the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
  • Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Procurement Officer
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.

 

 

Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will mostly be analyzing huge amounts of financial data and preparing various accounting and financial reports based on this data and your research backed opinions.
  • He/She needs proven knowledge of various financial forecasting and corporate finance models.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing financial data.
  • Preparing accounting and other required reports and projections based on the analysis performed.
  • Evaluating capital expenditures and asset depreciation.
  • Establishing and evaluating records, statements, and profit plans.
  • Identifying financial performance trends and financial risk, and making recommendations.
  • Providing recommendations for improvement based on trends.
  • Coordinating with other members of the finance team, such as a risk analyst when required to review financial information and forecasts.
  • Providing financial models.
  • Making financial forecasts.
  • Analyzing inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 0-1 year experience in the financial industry.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
  • Deep understanding of the financial system and institutions.

Salary
N100,000 – 150,000 monthly.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media.
  • To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in Graphic Design or related field.
  • At least 2 years working experience as a graphic designer
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Experience with computer-aided design.

Responsibilities

  • Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
  • Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
  • Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
  • Communicating with clients about layout and design.
  • Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as Photoshop.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
