We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

Location: Lagos

 

Minimum Competencies

  • 1-2 years work experience in HR or similar role.
  • HND / B.Sc in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.

Key Performance Areas

  • Engagements, Terminations, Transfers, Allowances, Incentives, Disciplinary Notices, Recruitment, Training.
  • Payroll and Employee Benefits.
  • Process and Procedure Effectiveness.
  • HR Advisory & Customer Service and Advice.
