Job Title: Customer Care Representative / Public Relation Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Responsible for clearing of product for customers at their request.
- Ability to use social media, to create effective responses and feedbacks from customers.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should have OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
- Ability to sustain long time relationships and trust with customer accounts through Interpersonal communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
- Previous working experience in any administrative roles will be an advantage, fresh graduate will be consider.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
