Job Title: Telemarketing / Customer Service Personnel – (Male)

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Coordinates the deactivation and activation of members
  • Coordinates all routine correspondence and enquires of clients and company using Microsoft outlook.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with client, as needed.
  • Produce proposals and International Private Medical Insurance premium quotation for prospective clients
  • Produce business letter as may be required
  • Review of all existing claims at least once a week
  • Provides timely feedback to the Business development manager
  • Identify and resolve client complaints and enquires promptly.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Ensuring ASL (Anhtony Somefun Limited) remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Explain IPMI plans and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain client’s information such as name, address, (many others) and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
  • Maintain records of current client accounts.
  • Assist to develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
  • Assist to schedule hospital appointments for clients.
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, English, Business Administration required. (Insurance is an added advantage)
  • 1 – 2 years of experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Possesses teamwork, leadership and facilitation skills in order to cut across many diverse functional disciplines and regional cultures.

Job Title: Sales Executive – Insurance

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for BGIB to an agreed annual target of 30 % of previous year invoiced revenue (to increase year on year).
  • Assist in developing a business plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Prepare action plans for self for effective search of new clients, sales leads and prospects.
  • Assist in the initiation, development and coordination of business presentations and action plans to penetrate new corporate clients.
  • Provides timely feedback to the Managing Director/Head of Sales regarding performance.
  • Maintains accurate records of all sales and activity.
  • Make presentations on set targets and review of previous and planned activities during the weekly sales meeting.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and ‘request for proposals’ (RFP) responses.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
  • Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
  • Identify and resolve client complaints and enquires promptly.
  • Presenting product to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
  • Establish, maintain and follow-up on current client and potential client relationships; build client loyalty, obtain referrals and manage client database.

Job Title: Technical / Sales Executive – Insurance

Marketing:

  • Analyse / assess clients risk profile and the risk associated with applications to ensure that they meet minimum criteria
  •  Researching policies from different insurers and negotiating for best deals with the underwriters
  • Liaising with auditors and ensuring timely completion of the audit and obtaining audit reports
  • Ensure policy premiums are documented in line with NIACOM, CIIN, NCRIB, and government requirements
  •  Ensure premiums are paid when due
  • Follow up with insurers for the policy documents and also immediate dispatch of same to the client after necessary perusal.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 3 – 4 years experience
  • Certified CIIN Associate (Practicing with certification)
  • A strong background in Insurance
