Job Descriptions
- We are looking for a reliable office administrator. S/he will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Some Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Supervising administrative support staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure a safe and conducive working environment for employees.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an office assistant or office administrator. Excellent knowledge of MS Office is an added advantage.
- Education: Educated to at least OND or degree level.
