Job Title: Training Instructor
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Requirements
- Experience of working with diverse groups of stakeholders and professionally manage relevant communication.
- Strong organisational skills and delivery focus.
- Assessor / Verifier qualifications preferable.
- Skilled computer / systems user including training and competency software,
- Experience in lifting operations and equipment inspection with the Oil & Gas Industry is a must.
- Experience of technical training and competency requirements associated with offshore and onshore Oil and Gas operations.
- Able to take KPI data / information and distil it into clear, concise information for leadership.
- Experience engaging with training suppliers and reviewing training solutions
- Background in training and competency management within an operating or service based industry (preferably an Oil and Gas Operator or major service Contractor) preferred.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum of 1 year carrying out lifting operations.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) required.
- Working knowledge of the IADC processes and procedures.
- Degree or equivalent experience, in Engineering or Science Based
- Experienced in the development, updating and administration of competency programs.
- Extensive knowledge of training required to support HSE and oil and gas.
- Minimum of One (1) years’ training experience, curriculum design and development experience preferred.
Job Title: QHSE Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full Time Salaried Employee
Key Accountabilities
- Initiate HSE campaign to build safety behavior culture in the company.
- Ensure safety sign in all area of the facility (Waste disposal, chemical store, Gen set, panel room and outside building) including first aid box and other emergency equipment are installed.
- Coordinate STOP card (Collect, listing and share with HSE Committee to choose the best STOP Card).
- Review, update and provide Safety induction in the facility.
- Ensure waste is properly handled.
- Working closely with other Department to prepare HSE documents for tender purposes.
- Be aware of and keep up to date on emergency response procedures.
- Perform risk assessments in the day-to-day activities and report findings to the relevant parties.
- Update risk assessments when changes in working environment are apparent.
- Actively participate in (near) accident investigations and determine the root cause of all accidents, including preparation of accident investigation reports.
- Conduct monthly HSE meeting for all employees including other HSE related meeting with Management or HSE Representatives.
- Ensures that records are kept in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Ensure company’s HSE Manual and SOP are according to latest ISO 9001-2015 management system.
- Contribute to implementing, reviewing and maintaining company HSE policies, manuals and programs.
- Coordinate health and safety training to all employees, including delivery of periodic safety meetings and recurrent safety presentations. Actively demonstrates safety awareness.
- Ensure that safety equipment is provided to and used by employees at Laboratory or Workshop.
- Ensure that safety equipment is suitable for their intended purpose and that it is maintained in a safe condition at all times.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferably Engineering
- Skills: Environmental, Safety & Training, HSE Auditing, HSE Advisor.
- Experience: 2 – 5 + Years in HSE role
Job Title: Administrative Executive
Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Job Description
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during All meetings
- Organize and maintain the Training Schedule
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the store room and office equipment
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills and Office Etiquette

Job Title: Business Development Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Duties and Responsibilities
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales with clients in accordance to company policy
- Become familiar with market needs, competition and trends through customer calls, industry contacts and participation in industry organizations, trade shows and conferences.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Develop new and expand established business.
- Increase sales volume through direct sales efforts, such as calling on key clients, preparing quotes and proposals and following up with customers.
- Presentations to individuals or groups on company products
- Provide activity reports via Sales force concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and meetings; ensure sales activity is tracked properly and is up to date at all times
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Male candidate only.
- Skills: Business Development, Sales.
- Must have a minimum of HND, BSc in a relevant field (Technical, Business or related degree, Engineering)
- Must a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in Business Development within the Oil and Gas industry,
- Must have integrity and Good Attitude towards work environment
