Job Description
- We are currently sourcing for a General Manager Lubricant for one of our business unit.
- A high-performing GM (sales & Marketing) for Lubricant products to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the BOD
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Exercising Budgetary controls.
- Develop group wide lubricant strategy that utilizes the enormous resources and the infrastructure of the group – People, brand name and network of assets
- Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.
- Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.
- Develop a network of distributors
- Liaison with Blender and Packaging supplier for timely deliveries.
- Visit overseas customers / distributors and develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
Requirements
The ideal Candidates should possess:
- First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related discipline.
- More preferable with MBA
- At least 10 years experiences in Sales and Marketing & Managerial position in a Lubricant field.
- Leadership and negotiation skills
- Proactive and positive working attitude
- Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Strong Business Development in Lubricants products
- Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Operations and Marketing, well known in BD.
- Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team
- Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Basic knowledge and exposure to Lubricants blending will be an added advantage.

Requirements
The ideal Candidates should possess:

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (Expatriate)

- We are currently sourcing for a Chief Financial Officer (Expatriate) for our group. The chief financial officer position is accountable for the financial operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Job Description
Principal accountabilities are:
Planning:
- Assist in formulating the company’s future direction and supporting strategic initiatives
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction
- Develop matrices that monitor Profit and Cost Units
Operations:
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team

- Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies

Financial Information:
- Oversee the issuance, management and flow of financial information
- Personally review and approve all filings and correspondence with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation and all regulatory authorities
- Report financial results to the board of directors
- Oversee the audit process
Funding (In collaboration with Treasury):
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
- Arrange for debt and equity financing or spearhead all capital raising endeavors of the company
- Invest funds and lead investment decisions under the auspices of the CEO
Requirements
The ideal Candidates should possess:
- First Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
- A Master’s will be an advantage.
- Candidate must be living in Nigeria
- The candidate shall also have equivalent business experience and 15+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an MBA in Finance or Accounting.
- The CFO shall also possess the relevant certifications commensurate with the position not limited to ACCA, or CFA qualifications.
- He will also be IFRS compliant and be savvy on related and contemporary finance issues/topics.
