Job Title: Head of Sales

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies
- Monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share regular update with FRT/ART.
- Manage the day to day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging team work
- To assess the various information tools, identify business opportunities
- To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts.
- Focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management
- Prepare Sales projections for coming financial year by customer wise, product wise,
- Prepare budget of all expenses with respect to the meets/seminars to boost the customer intimacy.
- Set individual targets, developing and motivating staff.
- Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Min of B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Min of 5 -7 years’ of B2C HEAD OF SALES experience and must have exposure in leading a team of 15-20 people.
- Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria/West Africa.
- Must be ready to travel anywhere within Nigeria/West Africa.
Job Title: Sales Manager (FMCG_Milling)
Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate FRT in development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure. To manage the implementation of all the relevant applicable SOP’s. To ensure sales transactions are executed as per given prices and policies.
- Monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share regular update with FRT/ART.
- To ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts.
- Monitor the performance of the product and ensure customer satisfaction and get maximum share of the business over competition (if any).
- Develop good customer base, manage customer relations.
- Prepare budget of all expenses and as well, set individual targets by developing and motivating staff.
- Make regular customer visit and monitor the stock levels and product performance at the customers end on a day to day basis and report
- Prepare all applicable reports in time for accuracy and in order to ensure that they match the functional requirements, policies and standards.
Requirements
- Min of B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Management or any related discipline.
- Min of 5-7 years’ experience as a SALES MANAGER (MILLING) in the FMCG sector.
- Well exposed to B2B Marketing and must have exposure in leading a team of 4-5 people.
- Excessive travelling is required in and around Nigeria.
Job Title: Sales Manager (FMCG_Baking Industry)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Facilitate FRT in development of sales strategy/policy, processes and procedure.
- Manage the day to day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging team work.
- To make regular customer visit for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
- Ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region/key accounts wise.
- Monitor the performance of the product and ensure customer satisfaction and get maximum share of the business over competition (if any).
- Prepare a plan/schedule of visits and how the intimacy will be achieved at the various levels.
- Focus actively on Key Accounts and seek support from various functional team/management where appropriate to ensure prompt solution to their satisfaction.
- Build accurate and detailed profiling for the key accounts to explore new business opportunities.

- Ensure B2B sales process execution as per defined operating procedures and any deviation need to documented and approved by FRT/ART.
- Monitor various projects progress, identify new project opportunities and share regular update with FRT/ART.
- Manage the day to day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging team work.
- Make regular customer visit for sales development and facilitate customers for various projects and probabilities to boost sales.
- Ensure Sales Targets are achieved as per assigned product and region / key accounts wise.
- Prepare Sales projections for coming financial year by customer wise, product wise.
- Develop cordial customer relationship at multiple levels to ensure timely feedback and market information access.
- Manages to effective communication by setting individual targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years B2B Marketing Experience in the FMCG Sector (Spices, Seasoning, Sauces, Marinades, Breading and Meat Solutions)
- Must have exposure in leading a team of 5-10 people with last 5 years at managerial capacity or team leader capacity.
- MBA / PGDM will be an added advantage.
