Job Title: ICT Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
- To drive the achievement of Chams Plc sales goals, and ensure continued profitability of the business by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Develop growth and profitability of all Chams Plc solutions and products, while coordinating all aspects of product availability.
- Communicate customer requirements to the Software/IS team and work with them to ensure that products are delivered to customer requirements and in line with agreed terms
- Monitor competitor activity in terms of customer experience, pricing, their alliances, credibility and advice Management accordingly
- Develop and implement a companywide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
- Establish key relationships with customers and agencies based on industry segment to ensure maximum exposure and increase in revenue
- Ensure all opportunities are taken to promote products/solutions to current and prospective customers
- Benchmark company sales processes against industry and best in class standards to ensure competitive edge.
- Formulate, update and implement Sales policies and processes
- Review all reports on business development activities and advice Management accordingly
- Monitor sales performance & deviations from budget.
Requirements
- First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Art, Social Sciences, etc
- Professional Qualification Required.
- MBA an added advantage
- Minimum of Five years cognate experience in sales and marketing of IT solutions and products.
- Good negotiating and organisational skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to listen and fully understand the expectations of the clients.
- Working knowledge of use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Autocad, Visio and Project)
- Proven ability to determine priorities, cope with high volumes of work, plan & organize workloads, set targets, meet deadlines and achieve high standard results
- Experience in an IT or related industry.

Job Title: ICT Product Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manages products (as a business) by identifying potential products (or managing existing products)
- Conduct market research and generate product requirements.
- As the product owner, coordinate specifications, development timetables, pricing and time-integrated plans for product introduction.
- Develop business plans and marketing strategies.
- Develop sales support training and responsible for product sales and profitability.
- Responsible for overall customer experience and product revenue/profitability.
- Overall responsible for product revenue targets of agreed product/s
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, IT, Commerce or a Business-related discipline.
- MBA or any relevant post-graduate in related discipline would be preferable
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience in managing innovative products.
- Expertise and experience in managing products in identity, banking, IT or telecoms sectors.
- Experienced in developing business cases and supporting delivery plans.
- Have managed at least one JVA from inception to successful implementation
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in leading and managing large (multifaceted) products. I T, Financial Services or telecommunications-based product experience would be an advantage.
- Expert knowledge of the project lifecycle, its products, techniques, appropriate methodologies and approaches (e.g. Agile, waterfall).
- Use of Microsoft Office tools for analysis, planning and reporting including MS Excel and Projects, and expertise in presenting complex data to inform and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

Job Title: Head of Accounts and Finance

Job Description
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the financial control and reporting functions of the company, as well as the following functions:
- Treasury
- Financial Management
- Tax Management and
- Investment Management.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all daily and periodical operations of the Accounts and Finance Department.
- Ensures the continued integrity of the Company’s cash, receivables, and payables management activities.
- Develops effective financial systems to facilitate management decision-making.
- Oversees budgeting, budgetary review, financial controls, reporting and other financial management processes.
- Ensure all accounting activities in the company comply with global accounting and audit standards.
- Liaise and support external auditors and tax consultants of the company on statutory audit and tax matters respectively.
- Provide leadership and technical support to all team members of the Department.
Requirements (Academic & Professional Qualifications, Experience)
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field.
- Professional Qualification Required (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA/CPA)
