Job Title: Insurance Agent Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Marketing is an important function in any industry and plays a key role in the insurance industry. Insurance Sales agents direct their marketing towards offering a wide variety of policies to customers according to their requirements and income.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Candidates must think of strategies to promote his company and get ahead of his competition.
  • Candidates is the link between the management and the customers and caters to the latter’s’ demand and requirements
  • He needs to develop relations with the clients and customers and also maintain it
  • He conducts internal marketing campaigns and has to accurately track activities and data.
  • He must make effective marketing plans to meet the company targets.
  • He must file details of all the transactions and make reports.
  • He must market new business opportunities by making submissions, which are designed to achieve the needed targets
  • He needs to attend sales meetings and maintain communication with producers

Job Requirements

  • Agency Officer Required Qualification, Skills, Character Traits and Competencies:
  • Candidate must not be less than 26 years old in current year.
  • B.Sc./HND holder in Social Sciences and/or Finance. Agency Certificate will be added advantage.
  • Good communication skills (Oral & Written) and ability to speak local dialect will be an added advantage .
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferably in a financial service/insurance sector.
  • Minimum of 3 years residence at preferred location .

Job Title: Fleet Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A fleet coordinator will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection, scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, reporting, discipline drivers who are not making efficient use of their time, requiring excellent leadership and decision-making skill.

Purpose

  • Determine and communicate the repairs needed for Company Fleet in order to maintain the maximum equipment life and minimize downtime.
  • Coordinate, prioritize, schedule fleet maintenance and provide appropriate report suitable for different categories of work done.

Responsibilities

  • Determine the scope of the repair or maintenance work needed to be done, prioritize the work repair orders and communicate the information to the department manager and foremen
  • Create repair orders from Company fleet drivers’ reports and workflow.
  • Coordinate fleet service request/work orders end-to-end for the client.
  • Tracks fleet usage and maintains accurate inventories of equipment.
  • Ensures the maintenance records for all fleet assets are accurate and up to date.
  • Arrange for timely inspection and assessment of cars onsite and on the field where required.
  • Performs procurement processes for required inventory.
  •  Approves and/or processes purchase orders and invoices
  • Undertakes any reasonable training that is required as business needs change, including training for current or new duties
  • Ensures compliance to all policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), with recommendations for action and continuous improvement
  • Plan workshop visits
  • Provide leadership and effective communication to management, employees and other stakeholders
  • Communicate maintenance requirements to ensure maximum efficiency and implement corrective actions as required
  • Collaborate with other departments on cross-department initiatives
  • Support with budget augmentations and cost saving initiatives
  • Hold operational meetings with managers on a routine basis and as required
  • All other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Expertise

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ experience inspecting aerial equipment
  • Knowledge of all types and brands of Arial Lifts and how they work.

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

  • To assist the Quality Assurance Manager to verify and examine all products and ensure that all quality requirements and specification are met to satisfy customer’s expectation and fulfil the organisational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collect, analyze and report accordingly samples of raw and packaging materials in-process, finished goods and water to ensure compliance with standards
  • Issue and monitor the use of machine digits for proper accountability
  • Conduct analysis on finished packed products to ensure conformity to standards
  • Carry out analysis of the product audit (Quality Demerit Index -QDI)
  • Engage in safety precaution and reporting
  • Engage actively in Total Productive Maintenance
  • Actively participate in ISO, FSMS and GMP activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education level: OND in related discipline
  • Experience: 1-year minimum in a related industry.
  • Physical abilities: Must be physically fit
