Job Description
- Speed & accuracy in attending to customers for both lodgment and withdrawals.
- Timeliness in terms of funds transfer on the NIBSS platform.
- Good appearance.
- Timeliness in crediting customers’ accounts with funds deposited into our correspondent banks
- Good customer relations.
- Timeliness in terms of account opening.
- Speed &accuracy in posting both lodgment and withdrawals.
- Ability to balance the cash book at the end of the day.
- Level of honesty
- Ability to relate to customers in a language they understand.
- Ability to know and introduce bank business to customers.
