Job Title: Sales & Retail Manager (High Networth Individual)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are currently looking to fill the role of Sales & Retail Manager – HNI.
  • The role is based in Lagos and reports to the Head of Sales .

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of first degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Professional qualification is desirable and would be of added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 plus years managing a team in retail or sales and selling to High Net-worth Individuals and corporate organisations
  • Ability to build, execute and follow the Company strategy;
  • Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement Action Plans to develop sales for each product category and client segment
  • Increase Sales and profitability of each product segment
  • To build customer loyalty and develop a new customer base and activate dormant accounts
  • Ensure an operational effective management of the store, in compliance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Guarantee an adequate integration and optimisation between front and back-office, by ensuring appropriate boutique resources coverage, and supervising logistics and stock management
  • Create a unique retail experience in line with brand;
  • Develop retail strategy in line with colleagues, ensuring regular reviews and updates as required;
  • Manage the boutique to ensure a creative and inspiring layout, lighting and stock visual merchandising
