Job Title: Tendering & Proposal Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Head, Tendering & Proposal
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of bid documents as per client / tender requirements and in line with company process and policies
- Support in conducting rate analysis and project costing using appropriate models and develop new models as may be required
- Providing cost estimates for the development and execution of the project plan, perform quality assurance on cost control procedures, and monitor costs and collect cost data to ensure conformity with management’s budget directives
- Interpret bid specifications and requirements designs arid drawings and ensure that all that is required for projects is captured
- Invite and interpret quotations from external vendors / sub-contractors and negotiate with them as may be required
- Participate in tendering by preparing tender submittals such as method statement, project schedule, bar chart, histogram, site organisation chart, S curve. etc
- Work with divisions to review job costs and agree on submissions to be included in tender
- Carry out quantity estimation
- Specify items and material rates and prepare Bill of Quantities or Bill of Materials
- Carry out cost and material reconciliation as may be required.
Quantification and Experience
- A first degree in Engineering or any ether related field
- A post graduate degree or MBA will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Certification in Project Management.
Competency Requirements:

Job Title: Engineering Manager
Location: Lagos
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Responsibilities
- Development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of ongoing projects and projects under development.
- Responsible for Performance Monitoring Processes CPMS) to ensure targets are met with respect to quality, cost and schedule on all projects.
- Supervise and work closely with various engineering discipline Leads and be responsible for the overall technical delivery of projects and services to the satisfaction of our various clients.
- Manage the overall productivity of engineering staff by assigning the right individuals to tasks In all cases.
- Plan and manage engineering arid design systems implementation, technical specifications, standard drawings standard setup of models etc., and data management systems.
- Provide technical Interface with customer and ensure the customer Is aware of the environmental effects of the deliverable and Is qualitative/quantitative Information, including options for Improvement.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- MBA and Project Management Certification is an added advantage
- 16 years minimum experience in Onshore / Offshore / FPSO Oil and Gas Design Industry
- Certification in COREN or NSE.

Qualification and Experience

- Relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.

- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by examining risks, potentials and estimating partner or client needs and goals.
- Gather market and customer information, network with major industry players and decision makers and provide feedback on industry trends to division and management.
