Job Title: Call Center and Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Qualification
- HND / B.Sc, Masters and other qualification will be an additional advantage.
Skills:
- Communication skills, high-level negotiation skills, customer service skills
- Must be proficient in excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint, presentation skills
- Must be able to work under pressure, target driven
- Must be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated and
- Must have a good command of English language.
Roles
- Manage our call centre across, develop ideas for the organization.
- Open and close business deals for the company.
- Secure contract cost minimization and maximization of profit for the firm.
- Liaise with 3rd parties.
- Manage internal and outsource call centres.
- Represent the company in external affairs, government agencies, business clients, meetings.
- Report directly to the H.R and Operations Director.
Salary Range
- N80,000 – N150,000 monthly (base on experience and negotiation) plus commission.
