Job Description
- The objective of the role is to provide excellent customer service delivery that will attract and retain customers to our stores.
Job Specification
- Experience in similar role with minimum of three years’ experience
- OND & BSc holder will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the retail or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Skills required for the role:
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skill
- In-depth product knowledge
- Physically fit, look good

- Great personality
- Intelligent and outspoken
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a pleasant smile at the entrance and exit.
- Offer baskets and direct customers to the food court/grocery and non-food sections.
- Provide accurate information and answer customers’ questions about our products and services. e.g. Products locations, features, pricing etc.
- Cross selling/suggestive influence customers buying decisions once they step into the stores.
- Increase traffic to the store, and keep tap of the daily customer count.
- Greet customers at the exit as they leave the store.
- Inform customers about discounts, and special offers
- Perform other duties as assigned.
