We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: HR / Administrative Manager
Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Job Description
- Set up the HR/ Administrative department and ensure all processes are put in place
- Design a HR handbook and develop policies to guide the employees
- Oversee and handle all statutory compliance remittance
- Design and implement a Perfromance management system
- Handle all learning & development process
- Manage all HR related issues
- Oversee the entire Administrative process of the organisation
- Handle all staff related issues.
- Manage and handle all recruitment and induction process
- Handle all industrial and Employee relations issue
- Manage and prepare all compensation and benefits related matters
- Career and Development Management
Requirements
- B.Sc/ HND in Social Sciences/ Sciences
- Gender: Female preferably
- Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a HR Generalist
- Must have a HR certification
