Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Ado Ekiti, Ekiti
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to success by maintaining oversight and achieving key objectives across 3 broad areas – Income, Expenses, and product offerings.
- Deliver Value: Delivering meaningful value to customers based on our Products, Services, Platforms and Programs. Understanding customer segments, customer needs, industry and market trends. Proposing and creating new solutions working with the team, driving customer engagements, capturing orders and collecting revenue.
- Revenue: Responsible for the commercial success of the Organization business unit and its financial target. Working with your team, it is expected that the financial goals for your unit will be achieved through service, value selling and delivery.
- Expenditure: You are responsible for managing and ensuring the budgetary performance of the organization business unit. Managing the unit’s cost and expenses which includes but not limited to budget controls, driving fiscal discipline, and continually improving the effectiveness and efficiency of your unit.
- You are responsible for innovation and creativity.
- Account and Relationship Management by building and maintaining relationships with customers, customer executives and partners
- Manage and continually improve the performance outcome of your team and diligently measure the individual performance of each team member and taking decisive and appropriate actions as necessary.
- Evaluating team performance on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Build a strong reporting structure in line with the organisations standard and maintain a healthy ratio of direct reports, without losing sight of general team’s performance.
- Drive demand generation efforts through industry events, customer workshops, public engagement and various marketing initiatives working with the Marketing & Corporate Communications team.
- Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, openness, leadership by nurturing etc. in addition to ensuring that the organization core values are evident in every fabric of the team.
- Work closely with all department –and drive everyone towards the achievement of a unitary and shared objective. (Target Achievement, Quality Products, Customer Intimacy, Great Working Culture).
- Continually uphold and communicate the vision of the organization to the team, in line with our company culture
- Keep team morale high, treat everyone with equality, motivate and inspire them to achieve great things in this business area
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to make negotiations on behalf of the business to relentlessly deliver solutions that will serve evolving customer needs and drive an exceptional customer service culture
- Other specific responsibilities as defined.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree and / or Masters degree in Business and Human related Sciences.
- Two (2) years previous experience in Business Management or similar position.
- Proven leadership experience as a Team Lead in similar role
- Strong business knowledge with the ability to develop and execute business strategy and plans
- Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrable analytical thinking & business insight
- Experience with key management software like MS Office and Google collaboration tools
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex messaging through written, verbal or visual mechanisms
- Decisive and can make things happen with minimal supervision and direction
- Ability to deal with confidential or sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner.

Job Position: Medical Counselor
Location: Ado Ekiti, Ekiti
Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnose illnesses, prescribe and administer treatment for people suffering from a wide spectrum of diseases and minor ailments (including referring to specialists as required).
- Obtain medical histories for the purpose of clients’ consultations
- Provide competent patient-centered care that addresses health need and promotes wellness.
- Provide health education as required to promote wellness and adequate disease management.
- Process and Input patient information into Therapy Edge / data resources
- Ensure patients adhere to their clinic appointments by verbal or electronic reminders
- Daily capturing and system updates on patient clinical data.
Qualifications and Experience
- Candidate must possess HND or Bachelor’s Degree in any medical related disciplines with at least 1 year experience covering different specialties.
- Any relevant additional degree would be an advantage
Key Competencies and Attributes:
- Should have good documentation abilities to prepare high quality summaries and reports
- Conversant with technology (previous experience in use of electronic medical record system would be an asset)
