Job Title: Credit Analyst

Locations: Onitsha, Lagos Island, Abuja, Benin, and Port-Harcourt

Summary

  • Market the various loan products of the company and also evaluate, and recommend approval of credit loan applications.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new prospects and build relationship with them.
  • Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants’ credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
  • Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
  • Analyze applicants’ financial status, credit, and net worth to determine feasibility of granting loans.
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
  • Compute payment schedules.
  • Submit applications to second level officers for verification and recommendation.
  • Maintain market intelligence on industry competition and report accordingly.
  • Assist in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Review and update credit and loan files.
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
  • Market company products to individuals and firms, promoting services that may meet customers’ needs.
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of HND certificate.
  • At least 2 years sales experience, preferable in financial service sector

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Sector: Printing
Reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager

Role Profile

  • We are looking for a young and vibrant high –performing Sales Executives to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative

Summary of Role

  • Cold calling potential customers
  • Attend meetings with potential customers and close sales transactions.
  • Establish a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
  • Work to achieve set  monthly sales and revenue targets
  • Entering all required data for sales into the company system.
  • Manage all customer information and sales history.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Desk in managing information and communication with customers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely reporting reports

Educational and Professional Qualification

  • Degree in Social Sciences / related discipline
  • 3- 5years cognate work experience with proven track records of achievement in Sales & Marketing. Experience in institutional selling is an added advantage

Job Description

  • We are looking for a young and vibrant high –performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative

Summary of Role

  • Devise and implement strategy for meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales performance targets
  • Carry out research for target market and find viable companies to establish sales pipeline to ensure constant stream of sales.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service Desk in managing information and communication with customers.
  • Investigate and collaborate with the Production Managers in resolving any queries from customers.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs for optimal customer satisfaction
  • Prepare accurate and timely reporting reports
