Job Title: Master

Roles and Responsibilities
- The Master has the overall responsibility for reporting in accordance with laws and regulations.
- To implement and maintain the company Q&HSE system onboard.
- To secure that all personnel on board are familiar with their duties in accordance with requirements of the Q&HSE system, by providing mandatory and required training, and familiarization with the system and the vessel’s equipment.
- To encourage and motivate his crew to carry out their duties in accordance with instructions laid’ down in the Q&HSE manuals.
- The Master shall take care of Owners and Charterers interests, and will often act as their representative.
- The Master shall motivate the crew to operate the vessel in accordance with the Company’s QHSE
- Management System in the best possible manner. He shall ensure that all orders and instructions are issued in a plain and unambiguous way.
- The Master may delegate responsibility for maintenance and operation of the vessel to his department leaders and other crew members.
- The Master shall secure that all subordinates are provided possibilities to develop and improve their abilities within their individual positions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering
- STCW 95 Regulation 11/2
- Valid IMCA training/competence certificate
- Current and valid offshore medicals
- Current and valid BOSIET Certificate (OPITO BOSIET)
- 10 years’ experience on a DSCV vessel
Job Title: Commissioning Manager
Location: Nigeria
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure that onshore commissioning is performed in accordance with the Fabrication Contracts. Verify and record Main Scope Contractors mechanical completion activities
- Manage and ensure that offshore commissioning is performed in accordance with all specified requirements. Establishing, instruction and performance of the commissioning group.
- Ensure that commissioning activities are planned, arranged and executed in such a way that the integrity of safety and the environment is maintained throughout the process.
- Being focal point for issues concerning commissioning issues in the EPIC phase hereunder ensure that test and commissioning schedules are maintained in the EPIC stage.
- Prepare schedules for the test and commissioning activities of total scope of supply.
- Review design and identify limitation in relation to commissioning and start-up.
- Perform technical tasks assigned by Project Commissioning Leader, related to the preparation of the precommissioning, commissioning and start up activities
- Interface with engineering disciplines, licensors, vendors and subcontractors
- Review the project technical documentation and the contractual requirements
- Prepare the commissioning requirements related to HSE or review the same with the HSE department. Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents
- Take part in project planning and scheduling. Prepare the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run execution plans with the assistance of the Commissioning Leader
- Prepare the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handing over procedures with the assistance of Discipline Engineers and the Commissioning Leader
- Participate to the review of the test run (performance test) procedures and the operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Leaders
- Participate to HAZOP review meeting where deemed necessary
- Assist Services Purchasing and Subcontracting Department for the definition of subcontractors scope of work
- Prepare the commissioning spare parts list and consumables list
- Prepare the Purchase Requisitions (RdA) and Technical Evaluation falling within own sphere of responsibility
- Review the 3D Model for compliance with the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up requirements and for accessibility and operability
- Prepare commissioning System Dossiers for site execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering,
- Previously worked in the role of Commissioning Manager
- Thorough knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, Safety Reviews, Completions systems, Planning systems and ability to lead a large onshore and offshore commissioning team
- Strong discipline background and capable of taking a lead role in the start-up phase of the project.
- Current Offshore survival/medical certificates.
- Significant experience in similar roles; in the offshore oil & gas industry.
- Current & valid BOSIET certificate (from OPITO approved center)
- Current & Valid H2S certificate
- Basic knowledge of operation of DP (Dynamic Positioning) systems, construction barges and DSV (Dive Support Vessel)
- Not less than 15 years of work experience.
Job Title: Medic
Location: Nigeria
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting medical examinations and acting as a consultant when recruitment medical examinations are under review
- Dealing with illness and injury which occurs onsite: dressing wounds, administering drugs, checking blood pressure, giving anti-tetanus injections
- Providing 24-hour cover for emergency treatment and first aid
- Maintaining onsite stocks of medical equipment and provisions
- Contributing to occupational health and safety services onsite, chairing health and safety meetings and carrying out health promotions
- Organising medical evacuations where a worker has to return onshore for immediate treatment
- Communicating regularly with both the Onshore Company Doctor and the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM)
- Completing a daily medical log and maintaining medical records.
Minimum Qualifications
- HCPC Registered Paramedic
- Combat Medical Technician Class 1 (CMT)
- HSE approved offshore medics certificate
- Offshore medical fitness certificate
- BOSIET
- 8 years of work experience in similar position.
Job Title: Director of Operations
Location: Nigeria
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees all the activities of company to ensure projects targets are meant
- Manage project counsel tasks to progress disputes and manage arbitration efforts
- Approve purchase orders, purchase requisitions and contracts in line with authorized signing authorities
- Responsible for providing overall project management, support and guidance to Owner’s Engineer team to drive project to completion
- Continuously monitor the project budget, accurately forecast the remaining costs to complete” and interface with project cost control resources to produce timely and accurate monthly project cost reports
- Ensure enforcement of site Environmental, Health & Safety requirements
- Manage compliance with all project insurance policies
- Ensure all EPC contractor and subcontractor insurance policies required under the related contracts are in effect;
- Liaise with local government, regulatory bodies and Offtaker as required
- Liaise with Owner’s Engineer and Construction Manager as needed for construction management issues.
- Plan and facilitate the EPC contract monthly project review meetings between Owner and EPC contractor.
- Ensure EPC Contract and subcontractor compliance with QA / QC obligations under the associated contracts
- Manage completion, testing, commissioning and handover of the facility to Operations and Maintenance team/O&M Contractor
- Manage relationships with local communities
- Transition the completed project into the Warranty Program.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Engineering or any Marine technical related courses from any higher National institution + Project Management
- Valid IMCA module
- Qualified Bell or Air Dive Supervisor competence’s certificate.
- Current & valid offshore medical certificate
- Current & valid BOSIET certificate (from OPITO approved center) Current & Valid H2S certificate
- 15 years of work experience.
