Job Brief
- We are seeking an organized, efficient, and communicative liaison officer to coordinate between our organization and another entity.
- In this role, you will act as the middle person between our business and the customer to streamline operations, resolve issues, improve communications, and generally ensure that the relationship is as beneficial as possible.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts third parties
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business
- Collaborate and communicate successfully with other entities outside of the business
- Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise
- Develop and foster relationships with the community, stakeholders, and other entities
- Collect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity

- Manage, guide and train the digital marketing team and motivate them to achieve their goals.

- We are looking for a Business Development Executive to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service. Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- B.Sc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
