Minimum Requirements (key Responsibilities / Qualifications / Competencies)

• B.Sc in Accounting, additional qualification or degree in any Finance or Business related discipline maybe an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years of cogent experience of hotels that are not within the major cities under profit-sharing arrangement in Hotel and recreational industry.
• Proven skills and competencies in driving the males /marketing / operation and finance of a hotel and recreational facilities providers industry and sound understanding of regulatory requirements.
• Must possess the skills to coordinate manage the company annual budget for accomplishment of the company overall objective.
• Knowledge of effective internal control processes in this industry shall be an advantage.
• Successful applicant shall be expected to report to the Chief Officer in Lagos.

Other Requirements:

• Cognate experience, have integrity, male, age between: 35 years to 45 years, married, currently working & living in such capacity in the specified areas, have the ability to drive.
