Job Title: Recovery Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Management of client relationship
- Ongoing/regular communication/reports to supervisor
- Maintain statistics on recoveries
- Visit clients in overdue
- Contact client debtors by telephone, letter, email to agree debt recovery plans and follow up as appropriate
- Using knowledge and initiative to reach amicable solutions to settling debts.
- Establish repayment schedules, monitoring repayment of debts, and adherence by debtors to installment schedules.
Requirements
- Graduates with a minimum of 4 years experience in the financial services.
