AACE Foods is into food processing, packaging, marketing and distribution of nutritious and tasty products made from the best of West Africa’s fruits, herbs, vegetables and cereals. The main product lines consist of spices, spreads, sauces and complimentary food that excite and satisfy institutional, commercial and retail customers across Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Ogun
Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for each product line
- Attend and participate in trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations to increase brand awareness
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
- Activate dormant accounts, develop new customer base (open market distributors & organized markets)
- Generate strategies that grow market shares, improve customer experience and drive growth of all product lines
Requirements
- 5 – 7 year experience in the spice industry (mid – senior level sales role)
- Minimum of a first degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related fields
- MSc./MBA degree and/or relevant professional qualification is desirable and would be of added advantage
- Familiarity with spice distribution channels across Nigeria
- Proactive, and able to deliver innovative strategic solutions
