Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Description
- We are the health and beauty company committed to promoting total well-being with live enhancing products and services that align with global best practices and standards.
- The successful representatives will demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while operating within an assigned budget.
- The representative will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to the plan of action. He/She will deliver balanced sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers with a defined frequency.
- He/She will also need to be a highly engaged positive team player and show a high degree of customer focus.
- Our team embraces energetic individuals who are passionate about providing business successes. We know a chain is only as strong as its weakest link, hence, we absorb the best team to ensure weak links do not exist.
- The primary objective of the sale representative is to meet established sales goals by delivering real value to our customers through designated health and beauty products.
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences from an accredited college/university; Botany, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology.
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience required
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales objectives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Results orientation/sense of urgency – ability to drive to tight timelines
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Customer focus (internal & external)
