Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel (Oil & Gas)

Location: Lagos

Job Details

• Candidate must have a LLB, LLM and Called to the bar.
• Must have experience with capital market transactions, debt and equity financing.
• Must have 8 – 10 years as a senior legal practitioner.
• Must be proficient at negotiating.
• Must have law firm and in-house experience.
• MUST have oil and gas experience, especially in the upstream sector.
