Education and Background
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 year experience in a similar position ideally with or in an Agency Environment.
Skills, Personal qualities & behavioural traits:
- Strong command of the English language, attention to detail
- Experienced with public relations, content creation and communications
- Proposal writing, pitches and presentations
- Digital Marketing Experience strongly preferred
- Business Development and Account Management Expertise

Job Responsibilities
- Project managing client assets and ensuring that we deliver in a timely fashionа
- Working with the development and design department to ensure top level projects are properly executed on time and on budget. Here are a couple of routine responsibilities:
- Devising actionable strategies to grow the business through acquisition of new clients, retainer-ship, product development etc.
- Liaising with partners, working on proposals – following leads etcа
- Weekly update emails to the Lead Strategist detailing progress on all business prospects and channels. i.e Number of leads, meetings scheduled, proposals created, contacts engaged with.
- Weekly assignment of tasks and follow up. Ensuring all personnel completes that and is accountable for work done. i.e. Weekly report sending etc
- Ensuring clients follow the processes and procedures set down for project implementation.
- Liaising with partners & clients alike – updating on progress of projects & figuring best way to implement the client’s objectives Preparing content for marketing proposals, presentations, attending pitches and making sure the client is signed-on.
- Working directly with clients to effectively manage their needs and preferences
- Creating quotes for projects, invoices and budgeting
- Keeping abreast with new trends in digital technologyа
- Channeling a persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
- Leveraging excellent written and oral communication skills
- Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
