Job Title: Agency Manager
Locations: Lagos, Ibadan & Port Harcourt
Job Description
- We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating sales efforts in given locations around the country.
Requirements/Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Management from a reputable university
- At least 4 years in account management, business development, and marketing experience in an insurance company
- Strong track record of growing revenue and increasing the bottom line
- Strong desire to exceed set targets
Responsibilities
- Developing base for long-term sources of clients
- Monitoring and evaluating the performances of Agents in primary location
- Develop framework for achieving sales targets set by line managers
- Looking for opportunities to develop solutions for clients, and ensuring clients receive superior customer service
- Effectively sell insurance policies/plans to small and medium scale enterprises
