Job Profile & Essential Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Computer Science or relevant discipline.
• Hands-on experience and sound knowledge on tools like TSCO, Control-M, ADDM, Solar winds, remedy, and service now.
• Ability to lead a diverse team.
• Good knowledge of automation and integrations.
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of tools like an orchestrator, chatbot, etc.
• Ability to interact with customers and be part of review meetings.
