We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bartender (Mixologist)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Requirements

• Not less than 20 years of age
• Good communication and written skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship skills.
• Must be neat and respectful.
• Good customer service skills
• Must be able to mix drinks
• Must be familiar with different beverages
• Previous experience and a bar attendant or as a Mixologist

Job Responsibilities

• Taking orders from guests and ensuring they are satisfied
• Must follow the sanitation rules and regulations
• Always ensure the bar area is clean and dry.
• Ensuring payments for beverages sold are collected and recorded
• Reporting to the food and beverage supervisor.
• Preparing cocktail for guests
• Mixing of Both alcoholic and none alcoholic beverages
• Taking stock of items in the bars
• Ensure beverages are not out of stock
• Keeping records of all sales and reconciliation of account.
