  • Our client is looking to hire a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Maintaining office equipment as needed.
  • Keeping supply inventories monitored
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

Education, Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate
  • Experience as an Office Assistant

Job Title: Service Engineer

Location: Lagos

Job Brief

  • Our client is looking to hire a competent Service Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance and correction of sold out products as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
  • Analyzes, inspects and review findings to determine the solution to a customer’s demands
  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Monitoring performance of the product

Education, Essential Skills and Requirements

  • A graduate Degree in Computer / Electrical Engineering or any related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years cognate experience as a Service Engineer
  • Must have a considerable amount of experience working on HVAC Systems
  • Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
  • Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easily comprehensive manner.
  • Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management skills.

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • This position requires a candidate with a blend of strategy, technical, creative and analytical ability and project management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (lead generation, events, digital marketing, branding, advertising, sponsorships).
  • To be focused on acquiring and retaining new customers through the management of all online and offline marketing programs including seminars, search engine optimization / search engine marketing, digital advertising, email, social media marketing, lead nurturing, and analytics.
  • Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. degree in Marketing or any other related field, an MBA Degree will be an added advantage
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience required in directly managing B2B Marketing programs for blue chip organizations with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results.
  • Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Title: Onboarding Manager

Location: Lagos
Industry: Logistics

Responsibilities

  • Identifying potential transporters from various sources like yellow pages, online research, word of mouth, etc. and preparing a plan to meet the target number of transporters by cold calling them and scheduling meetings.
  • Visiting transporters and interviewing them with a predesigned questionnaire.
  • Maintaining a database of the transporters captured along with the feedback received on the questionnaire.
  • Maintain regular touch with the visited transporters.
  • Plan and execute onboarding seminars for the transporters identified.
  • Prepare daily reports for the management of the progress achieved.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. Degree
  • Minimum of 4 years experience working with transporters
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be very comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities and also change in a location anywhere across Nigeria in the near future.
  • Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
