Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist and Content Manager

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns.
- After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader in uncovering, testing, and executing emerging digital technologies, platforms, and tools. Share learnings with the organization to help foster a collaborative environment.
- When needed, create and edit advertising and social media copy, creative designs, email and web page layouts. Social media/advertising copywriting skills are important.
- Responsible for preparing budgets, short and long-term plans for the Marketing/Digital campaigns and its activities
- Evaluate and monitoring campaign progress, assuring adherence and evaluating performance.
- Measuring the performance of all Marketing Campaigns, reporting and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying Digital Marketing trends and insights for optimizing spends and performance based on the insights for the products.
- Offer new communication in tandem with customer needs, industry requirements & placing them in the market.
- Extract, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, digital marketing reports and systems, and data site-crawl tools.
- Produce clear and articulate marketing material such as presentations and teasers as required for transactions. This will include elements of research and information collation.
- Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.
- Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs.
- Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders.
- Execute in-house digital marketing campaigns for various projects.
- Provide creative content for the website and coordinate promotions with online portals.
- Follow up with the leads generated through portals and digital marketing and get them to visit the site.
- Researching, writing and editing content for various marketing materials, internal marketing updates and external marketing.
- Understanding, anticipating and coordinating all aspects of assigned marketing projects with regard to the strategic marketing plan, legal compliance requirements, and internal customer requests, with little supervision
- Manage and oversee marketing strategies and budgets to achieve desired KPIs across all channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, CRM, and email.
- Own the strategy and execution of Google AdWords campaign across the website, including buying running relevant keywords ads.
- Identify and recommend tools to refine/ streamline workflows and extend capabilities, including social listening, audience data, and web/ app analytics.
- Proactively map social media calendars, initiatives and events, and develop supporting communication plans (i.e. audience, vehicle, cadence, and messaging).
Qualifications
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Job Title: Real-Estate Analyst
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Collating data for and assisting in the preparation of board reports.
- Produce regular market performance assessment (MPA) reports and maintains real estate market rating models for the assigned properties on the market.
- Monitor and analyze specified commercial and residential real estate market conditions, using the area’s internal and external real estate, financial and economic data, as well as research.
- Responsible for managing real estate holdings, continuously monitor the markets to be prepared in dealing with any changes that might occur in the area and in capitalizing any positive shifts.
- Build and maintain working relationships to acquire market insights from internal and external sources, such as lenders, appraisers, brokers and research professionals.
- Contribute to the development of specialized research on the real estate market pertaining to geographic markets of interest and property types in order to enhance the realizable value of real estate market resources.
- Analytics of customers and users preferences, and come up with data to drive solutions on how to serve customers better, achieve PMF, increase the number of customers and scale faster.
- You are expected to provide financial analysis in support of the financing, acquisition, marketing and leasing of properties.
- Research trends and statistics in the real estate market and make recommendations for investment opportunities based on comprehensive data analysis.
- Provide informed real-estate investment advice based on the economic conditions, market trends and financial situation through data visualization.
- Due Diligence including liaison with advisors for scrutinizing proposals from developers.
- Assist in preparing insightful internal and external presentations.
- Building ad hoc DCF models (single asset or portfolio)
- Prepare sector evaluation, wider geographical and economic review which would impact deals
- Assisting in the production of investor relations documents.
Qualifications
